摘要
本实验用脑室注射α1 、α2 、及β受体拮抗剂的方法检测了中枢肾上腺素能递质在 2Hz电针“曲池”、“听宫”的降压及降心率反应中的作用。结果 :(1 ) 2Hz电针“曲池”、“听宫”穴的降压效应随电针的强度 (电压 )的增强而增强 ,3V电针该穴时还可出现降心率作用 ;(2 )中枢应用α1 、α2 受体拮抗剂不能阻断电针“曲池”、“听宫”的降压效应 ;(3 )脑室注射β受体拮抗剂心得安时 ,可明显衰减电针“曲池”、“听宫”的降压效应。提示 ,2Hz电针“曲池”、“听宫”穴确能引起降压及降心率反应 。
In the present experlment,α 1,α 2 and β receptor blockers were injected into ventricles of brain for proving the role of central adrenergic neurotransmitters in effects of 2 Hz electroacupuncture at Quch(LI 11) and Tinggong(SI 19)reducing blood prssure and heart rate.Results indicated that the reducing blood pressure effect of 2 Hz electroacupuncture at Quchi and Tinggong increased with intensity(voltage)of electroacupuncture,and electroacupuncture at 3 V had effect of decreasing heart rate;Central application of α 1,α 2 receptor blockers could not block the effect of acupuncture decreasing blood pressure;Ventricular injection of propanolol,a β-receptor blocker,could significantly decrease the effect of acupuncture decreasing blood pressure.It is suggested that 2 Hz electroacupuncture at Quch and Tinggong can produce effects of decreasing blood pressure and heart rate and the action is mediated by central adrenergic neurotransmmitters acting on β-receptor.
