低温陶瓷胶凝材料固化脱硫砷渣研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文研究了以粉煤灰、矿渣等工业废渣为主要原料配制的低温陶瓷胶凝材料固化脱硫砷渣的影响因素,研究结果表明:脱硫砷渣中的特征砷化合物是以亚砷酸钙的形式存在,经过固化后,转化成了砷、硅、铝共同组成的复杂化合物,固化体中砷渣掺量可达50%以上,抗压强度达到20MPa以上,毒性浸出砷浓度小于0.5mg/L;随着养护时间的延长,强度逐渐提高,砷浸出浓度进一步降低。研究结果说明了低温陶瓷胶凝材料在固化危险废弃物方面具有卓越效能。 The influence factor of solidifying arsenic-containing waste with CBC which main raw materials included fly ash, slag etc, was studied in this paper. The study indicated that the characteristic arsenic compound in arsenic-containing desulfurize residue was calcium arsenite and transformed into arsenic, silicon and aluminum complication compound after solidified. The pressure intensity of solidified body was reached to above 20MPa and leaching concentration of arsenic lixiviate was less than 0. 5mg/L when the addi- tion of arsenic residue in solid was above 50%. The intensity would be improved and leaching concentration of arsenic would be re- duced with the conserve time increasing. The research shows that CBC is provided with excellent efficiency in solidifying hazard waste.
