摘要
飞机活塞杆的镀硬铬层易出现漏油、漏气。为此,研究了镀硬铬工艺参数对镀硬铬层微裂纹的影响,讨论了阴极电流密度、槽液温度以及空气除氢对镀硬铬层微裂纹的影响。结果表明:采用低阴极电流密度(45 A/dm2)、低槽液温度(45℃)能有效消除或减少镀硬铬层的微裂纹,空气除氢会增加微裂纹数量,使裂纹变宽。
The effects of electroplating parameters including cathodic current density and plating bath temperature as well as dehydrogenation in air on the microcrack of hard chromium coating were investigated.Results show that the microcrcks in electroplated hard Cr coating can be effectively eliminated or reduced by applying a low cathodic current density(45 A/dm2) and a low plating bath temperature(45 ℃).However,dehydrogenation of air leads to more microcracks with increased widths in electroplated hard Cr coating.
