摘要
本文以福利地图与修正的时空数列模型来探讨泛太平洋战略经济伙伴关系协定扩张过程对各国(地区)福利收益产生的影响,揭示福利收益在各国(地区)间分配的时空演变趋势。结果发现,福利地图的确能直观表现出随着泛太平洋战略经济伙伴关系协定的不断扩张,区域内外各国(地区)的福利收益分配在时空上是如何演变的;根据经济环境划分出的群落分布和加入了政治与社会文化环境后所得到的群落分布状况是不同的;群落差异代表了各国(地区)经济和政治社会文化环境的差异性,也反映出在环境差异下各国(地区)所获福利收益变动趋势的差异,四群落间呈现出三种不同的效应变动趋势和一个特例。
In this paper, welfare map and modified spatial time series model are adopted to investigate the impact of the TPP＇ s expansion on national（regional） welfare gains,in order to reveal the space - time evolution of the national（regional） welfare gains. The results show that, the welfare map can directly demonstrate the space- time evolution of the national （regional） welfare gains＇ distribution in the TPP＇ s expansion process ; the group distribution divided by the economic environment and the one divided by adding up the political and socio - cultural environment are quite different with each other; the community difference represents the differences among the national（regional） economic political and socio cultural environment,and also reflects the differences in trends of welfare gains＇ fluctuation in each country（region）. It shows that there are three different trends of the effects and a special case which are showed in the four groups.
