早期子宫颈癌患者血清骨桥蛋白的表达及其意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)在早期宫颈癌患者血清中的表达情况,以及与宫颈癌患者的临床病理特征的关系。方法:采集60例确诊为Ⅰa-Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者及30例健康体检者的血清样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定骨桥蛋白的含量。结果:早期宫颈癌患者血清中OPN呈现高表达,明显高于健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);OPN在早期宫颈癌患者血清中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与肿瘤的病理类型及临床分期无关,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。随着肿瘤的分化程度越低、淋巴结转移,OPN的血清含量越高。结论:OPN在宫颈癌的发生、发展和淋巴结转移中发挥了作用,OPN的表达水平有望作为估计宫颈癌预后的指标。
