大型超市购物环境消费者满意度的实证研究 被引量:16

摘要 购物环境是消费者对大型超市满意度进行评价的一个重要参考标准。本文从设计要素、背景要素和服务要素入手,建立大型超市购物环境消费者满意度评价指标体系并进行实证研究,在此基础上提出对策建议,期望对超市经营提供借鉴。
