摘要
设计合成了一种新的半乳糖苷酶(GALase)检测底物—2-氯-4-乙酰基苯基-β-D-半乳糖苷(CAP-GAL),产物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱及元素分析得到确证。合成方法如下:以2-氯-4-乙酰基苯酚和溴代乙酰半乳糖为原料,在丙酮-无水碳酸钾体系中进行缩合反应,得到固体粗品经重结晶后,在甲醇-甲醇钠体系中进行脱乙酰基反应即得目标化合物。
A novel substrate 2-chloro-4-acetylphenyl-β-D-ga- laetopyranoside(CAP-GAL) for determination of β-D-galacto- sidase was synthesized, by glycosylation between 2-chloro-4- acetylphenol and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-aeetyl:ot-D-galactopyrano- syl bromide in the presence of potassium carbonate in ace- tone. The structure of the compound was confirmed by IR spectrometry and 1HNMR spectrometry and elemental analysis.
