摘要
项目化管理是指企业如何在确保时间、技术、经费和性能指标的条件下,以尽可能高的效率完成预定目标,让所有与企业相关方满意。本文结合沈冶机械公司承接制造缅甸达贡山镍矿项目回转窑,并以此项目为载体,重点对沈冶机械公司项目化管理如何保证产品"质量、成本、进度"等进行分析和提炼。
Project management enterprises is how to ensure that the conditions of the time,technology,funding and performance indicators,to be completed with the highest possible efficiency targets for all enterprise stakeholders satisfaction.In this paper,SMMC Company to undertake the manufacture Myanmar Dagon Hill nickel project in the rotary kiln,and as a carrier in this project,focusing on how to ensure the products＇ quality,cost,schedule ＂to analyze and refine the project management of the company.
