摘要
将数值模拟软件ANSYS与FLAC3D相结合,建立矿体、混合井一体的大型三维数值模型,并基于GPS监测数据对模拟参数的选取进行了反分析,对混合井的稳定性进行了分析。将"等效参数"带入数值模型,结果表明计算位移曲线和GPS监测位移曲线在形态和量级上基本相似;通过井壁位移场分析可知,贫矿开采对水平y方向影响较为明显;当贫矿开采完毕后,从井筒标高1 430 m开始,井筒压缩变形值高于钢筋水泥井壁轴向压缩允许变形值;井壁最大压缩变形发生在标高1110 m附近,在贫矿开采过程中应引起高度关注。
A big three dimensional numerical model including ore body and mix well was established by combining ANSYS with FLAC3D.Mix well stability was analyzed after backing analysis of the selection of simulated parameter which based on GPS data.By insetting equivalent parameters into model,the calculated displacement curve was gained and showed that similar to the GPS monitoring displacement curve.On the other hand,wall displacement field analysis revealed that mining had relative-obvious influence on y direction.Furthermore,shaft compression deformation value began higher than reinforced concrete wall of the axial compression allowing deformation value since the elevation of the wellborn was 1 430 m,after mining finished.In addition,the largest compression deformations of the wall occurred in elevation 1 110 m nearby.Therefore,high attention should be paid during mining.
