摘要
2010～2011年以云油茶3#、4#、9#、13#及14#5个优良品种为研究对象,进行其嫁接苗的品种对比试验和不同激素类型及浓度对嫁接苗根端的处理试验。结果表明,(1)5个品种的芽苗砧嫁接苗在成活率、新梢高、新梢粗、新根数、新根平均长、新根总长6指标上不存在极显著的差异,说明这5个品种都具有比较好的遗传繁殖能力;(2)生根粉6号(ABT6)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)3种外源激素与对照(CK)相比,3种外源激素能明显提高云油茶芽苗砧嫁接苗木在成活、发梢、根系的效果,但是3种激素间的嫁接成活率、新梢高、新梢粗、新根数、新根平均长、新根总长6指标不存在显著差异;(3)不同激素的不同浓度梯度对嫁接的成活效果有一定的影响,其中200 mg/L浓度对云油茶成活和生长的效果较佳。
From 2010 to 2011,taking five superior Camellia oleifera varieties namely ＇Yunyoucha 3＇,＇Yunyoucha 4＇,＇Yunyoucha 9＇,＇Yunyoucha 13＇ and＇Yunyoucha 14＇ as research objects,the variety comparison test of grafted seedlings and the treatment tests at different hormones types and concentrations were carried out.The results showed that：（1） There were no significant differences in survival rate,shoot height,shoot diameter,new-root number,average new-root length and total new-root length of grafted seedlings of five varieties,which indicated that five varieties all had good genetic propagation abilities;（2） Compared with the control（CK）,survival rate,growth of shoot and root of grafted seedlings were obviously improved by ABT6,indole butyric acid（IBA） and naphthylacetic acid（NAA）,but there were no significant differences between three hormones;（3） Different concentrations of different hormones had some effect on the survival of the grafted seedlings,the concentration of 200mg/L had better effect on the survival and growth of ＇Yunyou＇ series of Camellia oleifera.
