摘要
少齿差钢球传动减速机构中,钢球放置在输出盘的径向导槽内与动曲线盘上的曲线沟槽和定曲线盘上的曲线沟槽同时啮合,钢球作为中间传动件通过输出盘将动力输出,研制成功了传动比大、传递精度和效率高、性能良好的新型伺服精密减速传动装置。
In the small teeth difference curve ball reduction mechanism, the steel balls are placed in the radial guide of the output plate, meshing with the curve groove of moving curve plate and fixed curve plate at the same time, the steel balls are the intermediate transmission parts to output power through output plate, the large transmission ratio, the high transmission precision, the high efficiency and the good performance precision servo transmission is developed successfully.
