摘要
建立了交错轴斜齿轮齿面接触分析数学模型,基于MATLAB软件模拟仿真技术建立了交错轴斜齿轮三维接触模型、模拟了三维接触迹、绘制了基于不同基本参数的二维接触迹分析对比图;分析了交错轴斜齿轮的基本参数对其接触迹的影响。
The meshing and contact mathematic model of crossed helical gears is established. The 3d contact model of crossed helical gears is built, and 3d contact path is simulated by MATLAB software simulation technology. The two- dimensional crossed helical gears contact path Comparison figure based on different basic parameter types is worked out by MATLAB software. Through the analysis, the regular of crossed helical gears basic parameters how af- fect the contact path is concluded.
