摘要
电动执行机构停止运行后,必须保证能够自锁,因此,蜗轮蜗杆传动成为电动执行机构常用的传动方式。蜗轮蜗杆的传动通常是电动执行机构的主要效率损失因素。通过对蜗轮蜗杆传动效率影响因素的讨论,从速度和承载两方面给出电动执行机构传动设计中的高效率传动设计方法。
Electric actuator should be self- locking when stop, therefore, the worm - drive is the major transmission mode. The worm- drive is the main factor of the efficiency loss in the electric actuator. The high efficiency design methods are given from the effects of speed and load by discussing the main factors of transmission efficiency.
