缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度和血尿酸的关系探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)与血尿酸之间的关系。方法回顾性调查ICVD患者368例,男208例,女160例,根据IMT分为4组:正常无增厚组(IMT<0.8mm),内膜增厚组(1.2mm>IMT≥0.8mm),斑块形成组(1.5mm>IMT≥1.2mm),管腔狭窄组(IMT≥1.5mm),比较不同组别血尿酸水平的差异以及血尿酸与IMT之间的关系。结果血尿酸水平与IMT呈正相关(r=0.428,P<0.05);经方差分析提示,各组间两两相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与IMT呈正相关,是IMT增厚的重要危险因素。
