吲哚菁绿荧光血管造影在神经外科手术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 1资料和方法1.1一般资料43例患者中男17例,女26例;年龄18~73岁,平均48.5岁。据病种分为:动脉瘤患者24例(后交通11例,前交通8例,大脑中动脉5例),动静脉畸形4例(左颞叶2例,左顶叶1例,左颞顶叶1例),窦旁脑膜瘤6例(左侧额顶部脑膜瘤4例,左侧天幕脑膜瘤1例,右顶窦镰旁脑膜瘤1例),包绕大血管或与邻近大血管关系密切的病变6例(左侧鞍上池及桥小脑脚池巨大占位1例,左侧颞顶区脑膜瘤2例,右侧蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤1例,颅咽管瘤1例,
