颌面部恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床特征及研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 颌面部恶性纤维组织细胞瘤较为罕见,多发于老年人,其临床表现和影像学无特异性,组织学呈现多形性特征,与其他间叶组织恶性肿瘤难以鉴别。肿瘤起源于原始间叶细胞,主体为成纤维细胞、组织细胞及胶原纤维,分为五种病理亚型,确诊需依靠组织病理学检查。该病恶性程度较高,主要依靠手术治疗,预后较差。其发生可能涉及多基因异常改变。
