基于SignalLab组件库的生物医学信号处理软件开发

摘要 目的:研究快速开发生物医学信号处理软件的方法,缩短开发时间,提高工作效率。方法:在C++Builer开发环境下使用SignalLab组件库编写处理软件,对实际测量的人体心电信号进行一系列的分析和处理,包括FIR滤波、R波识别、R-R间期计算等。结果:通过调用组件库中的SLScope、SLFir、SLGenericReal组件,用少量的代码很好地实现了预先设计的软件功能,大大缩短了编程和调试时间。结论:SignalLab组件库方便易用,可以大大提高软件的开发效率,是生物医学信号处理科研和教学的有力工具。 Objective To study the method of rapidly developing biomedical signal processing software so as to save programming time and increase efficiency.Methods The software was developed by using SignalLab component library and C++ Builder to analyze and process the electrocardiosignal.The main process methods were FIR filtering,R wave identification and R-R interval computation.Results By using SLScope,SLFir and SLGenericReal in the SignalLab component library,the predesign functions were all well realized with only a small amount of program codes.Conclusion The SignalLab component library is a powerful tool for teaching and scientific research on biomedical signal processing.
