摘要
计算机视觉技术是用数字图像处理技术辅助人类了解图像信息或直接用机器代替人类去识别图像。该技术无需直接接触测定对象便可获取图像中的重要参数和信息,属无损检测范畴。目前该技术在农产品分级中应用广泛,本文以苹果、砀山梨等为例,建立水果果形分级系统,检测效果良好,本方法为其它农产品的分级提供了基本思路和方法,有一定参考价值。
Computer vision technology is the use of digital image processing technology to assist human understanding of image information or the direct use of machines to replace human to identify the images.It can obtain the important parameters and information of images without directly touching the measuring objects,belongs to the field of nondestructive detection.At present,it is widely used in the classification of agricultural products.This paper establishes fruit shape classification system with the apples and the pears from Dangshan,for example,and the testing effect is good.The method provides the basic frack of thought and method for other agricultural products classification,with a certain reference value.
