摘要
试验研究了益母草提取物对小鼠脾脏发育的影响。试验选用60只健康小鼠,随机分为试验组和对照组,益母草提取物按0%和0.05%添加到对照组和试验组小鼠的基础日粮中,试验期为54d。试验结束时,从各组随机抽取15只小鼠进行屠宰,采集小鼠的脾脏样本。应用组织学方法制作组织切片,显微观察益母草提取物对小鼠脾脏发育的影响。结果显示:实验组小鼠白髓数量增多,脾小体面积增大,脾索淋巴细胞增多,边缘区淋巴细胞也增多。益母草提取物作为饲料添加剂对小鼠脾脏的发育有明显的促进作用。
The experiment is mainly about the effect of Leonurus japonicus extraction on the growth of the mouse＇s spleen.60 young health mice are selected,randomly divided into two groups： control group,and the experimental group.Each group has 30.Then we add 0% and 0.05% of the Leonurus japonicus extraction separately to the mouse＇s basic diet.The trial period was 54 days.At the end,each group were randomly selected by 15 to slaughter,just to gather the spleen sample of the mice.Histological methods are used in traditional effect of Leonurus japonicus in the growth of the mouse＇s spleen with a Olympusmi croscope.At the same time,we recorded the result with the Filming device.Throgh the comparison of the two group,we found out that the number of the white pulp of the spleen was raised,and we found the area increases of splenic corpuscle and increase of the splenic cord lymphocytosis,and the increase of Marginal zone cell.The application of the Leonurus japonicus as feed additives for the mouse＇s spleen playsa significant role in promoting.
