急性脑梗死并发全身炎症反应综合征临床分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死并发全身炎症反应综合征患者血清超敏C反应蛋白水平的变化及其对病情变化的意义。方法分别在发病24h内和第4、7天测定112例急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白水平的含量。结果 112例急性脑梗死患者中并发全身炎症反应综合征的患者共31例,发生率27.68%。在入院第4天超敏C反应蛋白水平比较,全身炎症反应综合征组与非全身炎症反应综合征组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在入院第7天2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超敏C反应蛋白的变化对急性脑梗死诱发全身炎症反应综合征和MODS有一定的预警价值。
