摘要
目的观察鼠神经生长因子对突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 187例病人分为治疗组102例,给予常规治疗加鼠神经生长因子肌内注射;对照组85例,给予静滴,营养神经药物以及口服维生素等常规治疗改善循环,疗程均为14d,观察听力恢复情况。结果治疗组总有效率85.3%(87/102),对照组总有效率72.9%(62/85),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗突发性耳聋安全、有效,无明显不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of mouse nerve growth factor for sudden deafness.Methods Totally 187 cases of sudden deafness were divided two groups： treatment group（102 cases with 108 ears） were treated by mouse nerve growth factor and routine therapy;control group（85 cases with 89 ears） were treated by routine therapy（the medicine of relaxing blood vessels and protecting nerves injection and oral Vitamin）,the recruitment of hearing after 14-day treatment was observed.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 85.3%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（72.9%,P0.05）.Conclusion The mouse nerve growth factor was safe and effective for sudden deafness without side effect.
