摘要
目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)在宫颈癌术前分期诊断中的价值。方法对35例宫颈癌患者分别进行术前临床分期、MRI分期,并分别计算诊断准确度;同时统计MRI诊断宫颈癌淋巴结转移的诊断准确度。结果宫颈癌的术前临床分期诊断准确度为71.4%,MRI分期诊断准确度为88.5%。MRI诊断淋巴结转移的灵敏度为90.9%,特异度为83%,准确度为85.7%。结论宫颈癌的术前MRI分期诊断准确率高于临床分期,且能较准确地诊断淋巴结转移。
Objective To analyze the MRI preoperative staging diagnostic value of cervical cancer.Methods 35 cases of cervical cancer were preoperatively clinically and MRI stagedrespectively,and diagnostic accuracy was calculated respectively.And MRI diagnostic accuracy of lymph node metastasis was statistically processed as well.Results The preoperative staging diagnostic accuracy were 71.4% and 88.5% in clinical and MRI respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of lymph node metastasis were 90.9%,83%,and 85.7% respectively in MRI.Conclusion The preoperative staging diagnostic accuracy of MRI is better than clinical staging.And MRI can diagnose lymph node metastasis accurately as well.
