摘要
目的比较川芎嗪和银杏达莫治疗冠心病心绞痛的成本-效果。方法选择冠心病心绞痛患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。两组患者均给予抗冠心病心绞痛心肌缺血相关西药治疗。观察组同时给予川芎嗪注射液120 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每天2次;对照组同时给予银杏达莫注射液25 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次。两组均连续治疗14 d。观察并比较两组效果。结果观察组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为96.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组成本为812元,对照组成本1260元,对照组成本/效果为1312.5,观察组成本/效果为863.8元。观察组成本/效果低于对照组。结论川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,且治疗成本低于银杏达莫注射液,该方案值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the cost-effect of Ligustrazine and ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 in each.Two groups of patients were given traditional Chinese and western medicine of anti angina pectoris of coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia.The observation group was given 120 mg Ligustrazine injection in 250 ml 5% glucose intravenous infusion,2 times a day;the control group was given 25ml ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection in 250 ml 5% glucose intravenous infusion,1 time a day.The two groups were treated for 14 days continuously.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94%,of the control group was 96%,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.cost of the observation group was RMB812 Yuan（cost/effect RMB863.8 yuan）,of the control group was RMB1260 Yuan（cost/effect RMB1312.5 Yuan）.Observation group had a lower cost/effect than the control group.Conclusion Ligustrazine injection has obvious effect treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and the treatment cost is lower than that of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection,thus is worth of learning from.
