摘要
目的探讨静脉丙种球蛋白联合喜炎平注射液对重症手足口病的疗效。方法回顾性分析206例重症手足口病患儿,其中治疗组112例,对照组94例。对照组给予常规治疗,包括甘露醇脱水、利巴韦林注射液抗病毒以及对症处理。治疗组在对照组的基础上给予静脉丙种球蛋白和喜炎平注射液,观察两组患儿退热、皮疹消退、神经系统症状消失时间和住院天数。结果治疗组的退热时间、神经系统症状病理征消失及住院时间等均较对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上,联合使用静脉丙种球蛋白和喜炎平注射液对重症手足口病具有良好的治疗作用,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the role of intravenous immunoglobulin（IVIG）combined with Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of severe hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods 206 patients with severe HFMD were retrospectively analyzed.94 of these patients（control group）underwent conventional treatment which contains Mannitol,Ribavirin and supporting treatment while 112 patients（treating group）underwent IVIG and Xiyanping Injection besides conventional treatment.The time of defervescenceand rash subsiding,neurological symptoms disappearance and the length of hospital stays were compared between the two groups.Results The days of defervescence,neurological symptoms and the pathological disappearance,and the hospital stay of the treating group were shorter than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion IVIG combined with Xiyanping Injection is promising in the treatment of severe HFMD on the basis of regular treatment.
