摘要
淋巴结的状态对肿瘤的预后、治疗方案的选择有着重要的作用。磁共振弥散加权成像是磁共振功能成像的一部分,是近年来应用于临床的磁共振成像新技术,能被用来检测和描述包括恶性肿瘤的病理过程。近年来,弥散加权成像技术开始较多地被用于颅脑、淋巴结与全身肿瘤,取得了很好的临床效果。现对弥散加权成像的概念、原理、技术改革、弥散加权成像淋巴结成像的基础及其在肿瘤淋巴结病变中的应用研究进行综述。
Diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)of magnetic resonance provides functional information and can be used for the detection and characterization of pathologic processes,including malignant tumors.Accurate assessment of nodal status has important therapeutic and prognostic significance in patients with diagnosed cancers.In recent years,DWI have been more applied in head,lymph nodes and whole body malignant tumors with good clinical effects seen.Here is to make a review on the concepts,principles and technical improvement of DWI,imaging basics of DWI in lymph node lesion,and its potential applications in lymph node lesion in patients with malignant tumors.
