代谢综合征与维生素D受体基因多态性研究进展

摘要 代谢综合征是一种由遗传因素和环境因素共同介导的,以中心性肥胖、血脂异常、高血糖、高血压为主要表现的临床综合征。维生素D受体基因在人体组织细胞中广泛表达,可通过影响脂质代谢、胰岛素抵抗等对代谢综合征(MS)发病率产生影响。近来在MS发病机制研究中维生素受体基因受到关注,现就MS以及维生素D受体基因多态性研究进展进行综述。 Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a kind of clinical syndrome caused by genetic factors and environmental factors,with central obesity,dyslipidemia,high blood sugar,high blood pressure as the main manifestations.Vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene is widely expressed in human tissue cells,which can affect lipid metabolism and insulin resistance to impact MS incidence.In the recent study of the pathogenesis of MS,vitamin receptor gene is drawing more attention,and here is to make a review on the research progress of the MS and the VDR gene polymorphism.
