摘要
目前对于痔疮的治疗分为手术疗法和非手术疗法,症状较重者以前种治疗方式为主。现通过观察近几十年来痔外科术式的演变,总结和比较各种手术方式的基本操作要点、适应证、术式优缺点及临床疗效,探讨手术方式演变,以期为临床治疗起一定的指导作用,并对痔外科手术方式的发展和改进提出展望。
Hemorrhoids treatments are divided into surgical therapy and non-surgical therapy,while the former treatment is chosen by people of severe symptoms.By observing the evolution of the hemorrhoid surgical procedures in recent decades,the basic operation points of the surgical procedure,indications,surgical advantages,disadvantages and clinical efficacy of surgical approaches are summarized and compared and the evolution of the theoretical basis is investigated,expecting a certain guidance to the clinical treatment and a prospect on development,and improvement of hemorrhoid surgery is made as well.
