摘要
肝细胞移植为肝衰竭及代谢性肝病提供了一种全新的治疗策略,是急、慢性肝衰竭患者等待肝源向肝移植过渡过程的有效疗法。它是实施肝脏导向体外基因治疗的工具,作为肝移植的替代疗法,越来越受到重视。现从肝细胞的获取途径、肝细胞移植入体内的方法、肝细胞移植的应用、肝细胞移植的临床进展以及肝细胞移植的不足等方面进行综述。
Hepatocyte transplantation provides a new treatment strategy for liver failure and metabolic liver disease.It is an effective therapy for the acute and chronic hepatic failure patients during the waiting period for the liver.It is a gene therapy tool to make liver in vitro.As the alternative therapy of liver transplantation,more and more attention is paid to it.Here is to make a review focusing on：the liver cell sources,hepatocyte transplantation methods,hepatocyte transplantation indications,clinical trials and the main problems of the hepatocyte transplantation at present.
