DNA甲基化、miRNA与急性淋巴细胞白血病的相关性研究

摘要 急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)是造血系统增生性疾病,是造血干细胞在分化过程中于某一阶段发生分化阻滞、凋亡障碍和恶性增殖的疾病。目前研究证实,DNA甲基化和miRNA表达水平异常在ALL的发病中起重要作用,并影响临床治疗效果。因此研究DNA甲基化和miRNA的异常表达与ALL发生、发展以及预后的关系,可以指导ALL患者个体化治疗,并在基因水平上对ALL患者的预后进行评估。 Acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)is a proliferative disease of hematopoietic system,hematopoietic stem cells differentiation arrest,apoptosis disorders and malignant proliferation at a certain stage.Present studies have confirmed that the aberrant DNA methylation,abnormal expression of microRNAs(miRNAs)play important roles in the pathogenesis of ALL and affect the clinical treatment.Therefore,study on the correlation between DNA methylation and abnormal miRNA expression and ALL occurrence,progression and prognosis can guide individualized clinical treatment and assess the prognosis of ALL patients at the gene level.
