1型糖尿病口服胰岛素诱导免疫耐受研究进展

摘要 口服胰岛素诱导机体产生针对胰岛自身抗原的免疫耐受 ,是治疗 1型糖尿病的一条新途径。其机制可能为通过激活肠道相关淋巴组织 ,诱导选择性免疫反应 ,导致局部Th2型细胞激活 ,分泌Th2型细胞因子 ,进而抑制Th1型细胞因子的分泌 ,避免胰岛细胞的破坏。“旁路抑制”理论是选择胰岛素作为口服抗原的理论基础。佐剂的应用可明显降低糖尿病的发生率 ,减少胰岛素的用量。
