摘要
目的探讨胃淋巴上皮瘤样癌的诊断及治疗,并对其病因进行文献分析。方法对近期收治的一例胃淋巴上皮瘤样癌患者的临床资料,诊治经过进行分析并进行相关文献复习。结果患者术后病理提示为胃淋巴上皮瘤样癌,术后行化疗,无手术并发症。结论淋巴上皮瘤样癌的临床表现与胃癌相似,但其病因及预后与胃癌不同。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoepithelioma-like gastric carcinoma（LELGC） and its etiopathogenisis.Methods The clinical data,surgical procedures and follow-up data of the patient with LELGC were analyzed.Results LELGC was confirmed by postoperative pathology.One cycle of chemotherapy was given with no postoperative complications.Conclusions The clinical characteristics of LELGC and gastric cancer are similar;however the etiopathogenesis and prognosis of the disease were different.
