摘要
目的:加强药品管理,强化服务意识,保障患者安全用药。方法:收集整理2011年7—9月本院门诊退药登记373例,按退药原因、退药科室分别进行整理、统计和分析。结果与结论:退药原因繁多,其中处方书写错误134例,占35.92%,为退药主要原因。为确保患者的用药安全,保证发出药品的质量,重视处理和减少窗口退药问题至关重要。
Objective： Strengthen drug management,enhance service awareness,ensure the safety of patients medication.Method： It is collected,counted and analysed the drug withdrawal that was registered in 373 patients of the outpatient department of our hospital in July-September,2011,according to the reason and the medicine departments of repercussion drug.Results： and Conclusion： To ensure that patients with medication safety,make sure that the quality of drugs,attached to the handle and reduce the window back drug issues.
