摘要
目的:探讨血必净联合抗生素治疗ICU重症肺感染的疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析,将100例ICU重症肺感染的患者分成两组各50例,两组在常规西医治疗基础上,依据药敏结果联合应用敏感抗菌药。治疗组加用血必净注射液100 ml静脉滴注,2次/d,连用7 d,根据病情可调整至14 d。结果:治疗组总有效率为82%,对照组总有效率为64%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白、临床肺部感染评分均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药血必净注射液可改善重症肺感染患者的病情,与抗生素联合治疗ICU重症肺炎患者具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection combined with antibiotics in treatment of ICU severe pneumonia.Methods： One hundred cases of severe pneumonia were divided into 2 groups： treatment group treated by Xuebijing injection,at the same time both groups were treated by antibiotics.Results ：The curative rate of treatment group were 82% and that of control group 64%.The treatment efficacy of treatment group was superior to control group（P0.05）;after treatment,the white blood cell count,C-reactive protein andclinical pneumonia infection score were improved in both groups（P0.05）,with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ： Xuebijing injection can inhibit the excessive of inflammatory mediators,reduce inflammation,improve the condition of critically ill patient.Xuebijing Injection combined with antibiotics is quite effective against ICU severe pneumonia.
