摘要
为探讨左心室舒张末期压力对房性心律失常的影响 ,分析55例心导管受检者的左心室舒张末期压力与动态心电图记录的房性心律失常的关系。结果显示Kleiger分级3～6级的房性心律失常与左心室舒张末期压力升高呈高度正相关 (P<0.05)。提示左心室舒张末期压力升高可致房性心律失常发生率增加。
To investigate relation of left ventricular end _ diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and atrial arrhythmias,we analysed LVEDP in 55 patients by cardiac catheterization and atrial arrhythmias by dynamic electrocardiography. Results showed risk of Kleigers 3～6 atrial arrhythmias is closely related to LVEDP(P<0.05). Results suggested that increasing of LVEDP increased morbidity of atrial arrhythmias.
