摘要
根据特高压工程的特点,结合用户设计需求,基于ArcGIS ENGINE9.3组件库进行GIS二次开发,建立了特高压工程路径优化辅助决策支持系统。该系统具有数据管理、路径选择、杆塔排位、统计分析、大场景立体显示、制图输出功能,为特高压输电线路初步设计提供了强有力的工具,有助于提高工作效率。以溪洛渡-浙西±800kV直流输电工程为例,采用该系统进行了路径选择和杆塔优化。结果表明,该系统能够满足特高压输电线路建设需求,达到路径优化的目的,对提高初步设计深度和质量具有应用价值。
According to the characteristics of Ultra High Voltage(UHV) project and actual user requirement,a system for route optimization of UHV transmission lines was established based on ArcGIS Engine 9.3 component library of ESRI.Its functions included data management,path optimization,pole and tower arranging optimization,the statistical analysis of main technical and economic indexes,3D display and cartography export.It provided a powerful tool to improve the work efficiency of the preliminary design for the UHV transmission lines.The system has been tested by practical project.The result showed that the platform was helpful to avoid the special object,choose the best corridor,reduce the influence to the environment,and it can assist the designer to optimize the ultra-high voltage transmission line.
