摘要
为了确保所铺设路面的质量,对吉怀高速中面层所选用的SBS改性沥青的基本性能进行了研究,结果表明基本性能指标均符合技术规范要求。运用热失重分析技术同时明确SBS改性沥青的起始和终止失重温度及相应的失重量,在使用温度范围内,SBS改性沥青的热稳定性比较好,基本不挥发、分解。通过对各种矿料的筛分实验及马歇尔稳定度试验研究沥青混合料的性能,结果表明该混合物性能良好,适合吉怀高速公路沥青路面中面层应用。
In order to ensure the pavement quality of Jihuai expressway, the properties of SBS modified asphalt was examined, the results showed that the quality of the SBS asphalt was found in conformity with the technical documentation. The thermo gravimetric analysis of SBS modified asphalt was also studied, by thermo gravimetric with no weight losses before 200℃. Finally, the properties of the as- phalt mixture was investigated by Asphalt-mix-design method and Marshall stability, the results showed that the asphalt mixture have excellent pavement performance.
