摘要
目的:探讨健康宣教在儿童烧伤护理中的应用。方法:将216例烧伤患儿随机分为宣教组(90例)和对照组(126例),对宣教组患儿家长进行烧伤知识宣教,对对照组患儿家长进行常规入院宣教,比较两组患儿家长烧伤相关知识掌握情况及对护理质量的满意度。结果:宣教组患儿家长烧伤相关知识掌握评分及对护理质量的满意率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康宣教在儿童烧伤护理中的应用有利于提高患儿家长对烧伤相关知识的认识,提高患儿家长满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective：To discuss the use of burn propagation to nursing of burnt children.Methods：A total of 216 burnt children were divided into two groups randomly,90 cases in propagated group and 126 cases in the control group.The propagated group with burn propagation,and the control group with conventional propagation,two groups were scored by the self-made questionnaire,compared the clinical and nursing effect between the two groups.Results：Seneral aspects such as score,in hospital time,in course of disease and satisfactory rate to the nursing works have been contrasted,the propagated group was much better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：The use of burn propagation to nursing of burnt children is propitious to raise awareness of burn knowledge,shorten in patient time and in course of disease,and is worth widely promoting to clinical nursing of pediatric burn.
