摘要
目的:研究老年乳腺癌病人化疗中留置PICC并发症的发生原因及护理对策。方法:选择我院2008年9月～2011年12月收治的实施乳腺癌改良根治术的64例老年乳腺癌术后留置PICC导管化疗病人作为研究对象,针对PICC并发症,采取相应护理预防对策,观察分析PICC并发症发生情况及原因。结果:发生PICC并发症的病人10例,原因分别为穿刺点渗出液体、皮肤过敏、导管堵塞、机械性静脉炎。结论:对老年乳腺癌留置PICC化疗病人采取针对性护理措施,可有效降低并发症的发生,提高病人生活质量。
Objective：To study the elderly patients with breast cancer chemotherapy retained in PICC of complications of reason and nursing countermeasures.Methods：Chose our hospital from September 2008 to December 2011 were improved the implementation of breast cancer treated 64 elderly patients with breast cancer as the object of research,conduct the chemotherapy after the operation,and insert PICC catheter in the postoperative chemotherapy,according PICC complications to take corresponding countermeasures of nursing,observation of PICC complications＇ situation,and analyzes the cause of PICC complications.Results：The PICC complications was happened in 10 patients（15.63%）.The causes included puncture point liquid,local skin allergy,ductal jams and mechanical phlebitis.Conclusion：Elderly patients with breast cancer in the postoperative chemotherapy retained PICC easy to produce the complications,the need to take some nursing plans,effectively reduce the complications,improve the quality of life of the patients.
