摘要
目的:总结儿科实习护生临床带教体会。方法:带教老师分阶段对护生传授儿科护理操作经验以及有关知识,以便提高护生综合素质。结果:在带教老师的精心指导下,护生的操作技能和护理理论知识得到了提高。结论:带教方法的实施为护生今后的临床护理工作打下了坚实的基础。
Objective：To summarize clinical teaching experience of the nursing students in pediatrics.Methods：Teachers of nursing students teached pediatric nursing experience and related knowledge,and improve the students′ comprehensive quality.Results：Skills and theoretical knowledge of nursing students under the careful guidance has been improved.Conclusion：Implementation of teaching found foundation for the nursing students in clinical nursing work.
