摘要
目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:将100例经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用传统治疗护理措施,观察组给予快速康复外科理念措施。比较两组患者并发症发生率、平均住院时间及住院总费用。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率、平均住院时间、住院总费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念,可有效地促进患者的康复,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院天数,减少住院费用。
Objective：To discuss the application effect of fast track surgery（FTS） concept in the urethral bladder tumor transurethral surgery in patients with perioperative care.Methods：100 cases of transurethral bladder tumor transurethral resection in patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group with conventional treatment and care,the observation group were treated with FTS measures.Two groups were compared incidence of complications,average length of stay and hospital costs.Results：The patients in the observation group complication rate,average hospitalization time,total costs were lower than the comtrol group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Transurethral resection of bladder tumor patients in perioperative operation nursing application of fast track surgery,can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,short hospital stay,reduce hospitalization expenses.
