摘要
目的:探讨床边责任制护理在心血管内科中的应用。方法:以心血管内科病人、护士为研究对象,对护士和病人进行合理分配,应用床边责任制护理对心血管内科病人进行护理。结果:应用床边责任制护理后心血管内科在医院考评中成绩与医院平均成绩有明显差异(P<0.05);在医院调查中,病人配合治疗情况有明显提高,病人对护士的满意度也有明显提高。结论:床边责任制护理在临床护理工作中得到肯定,护理工作质量、护士的评价、病人认知程度均取得满意的效果。
Objective：To Discussion bedside responsibility system of in cardiovascular medicine.Methods：Patients and nurses in cardiovascular medicine were the study object,rational allocation of nurses and patients,the responsibility system for application of bedside nursing care of the cardiovascular medical patients.Results：Cardiovascular medicine bedside primary nursing in the hospital evaluation results with the hospital grade point average difference（P0.05）.In the hospital survey,patients with treatment conditions improved significantly,patient′s satisfaction has significantly improved.Conclusion：Responsibility system for bedside care in clinical care is certainly,the quality of nursing work,nurses evaluation,the patients′ level of knowledge to obtain satisfactory result.
