摘要
目的:探讨围手术期体位护理对经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后出血与舒适度的影响。方法:将61例单通道经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)患者随机分为试验组31例和对照组30例。对照组围手术期采取常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施体位护理。比较两组患者术后血色素下降值以及卧床期间的舒适度。结果:试验组患者术后血色素下降值低于对照组(P<0.05),卧床期间舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期实施系统规范的体位护理能减少PCNL患者术后血色素下降值,且增加了患者舒适度,显示了行之有效的体位护理对减轻患者并发症、增进舒适度和促进康复中的积极作用。
Objective：To investigate the influence of perioperative posture nursing for percutaneous renal lithotripsy patients on bleeding and degree of comfort postoperative.Methods：61 patients under single channel percutaneous renal lithotripsy were divided into two groups：experimental group（31 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Perioperation period the control group take the routine nursing,the experimental group was based on the implementation of posture nursing.Compared the two groups of patients with postoperative hemoglobin decreased values and comfort during bed rest.Results： The experimental group of patients with postoperative hemoglobin drop value lower than that of control group（P0.05）,comfort during bed rest degree was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：During the operation period to implement standardized system of posture nursing can reduce postoperative hemoglobin PCNL decreased,and increased patient comfort,shows the effective position nursing for patients to reduce the complications,improve comfort and promote the rehabilitation of the positive role.
