摘要
目的 探讨玻璃体切割术治疗眼内异物伤的手术方法及其有效性和优越性。方法 32例患者行玻璃体切割联合眼内异物取出 ,术中根据眼部情况实施相应的辅助手术 ,如晶体切割、人工晶体植入、巩膜外环扎、眼内注气和硅油等。对术前和术后视力进行比较。结果 眼内异物取出成功率为 10 0 % ,术后视力明显提高 ,视力 0 .0 5～ 0 .4的由术前 3例增加到术后 13例 ,0 .5以上的由术前 2例增加到术后 5例。结论 联合玻璃体切割术不仅能准确、有效地取出异物 ,而且损伤小 ,可最大限度地恢复视功能。
Objective To discuss the surgical techniques and effectivity of vitrectomy for intraocular foreign bodies(IOFBs)removal.Methods 32 patients were treated with pars plana vitrectomy and removal of the IOFBs,combined with lensectomy.IOL implantation,encircling,silicone oil and C 3F 8 injection.Preoperative visual acuity(VA)with postoperative VA were compared.Results The successful rate of the extraction of IOFBs was 100%.Followed 6 months,post ope VA improved obviously.The number of cases with VA(0.05~0.4)increased from 3 to 13,and that with VA(0.5 and better)from 2 to 5. Conclusion Vitrectomy for removal of IOFBs is accute and effectient.Therefore,the injures are the smallest and post ope VA can improve as high as possible.
