摘要 目的 人类细胞核抗原 (Ki- 6 7)特异性地存在于细胞周期除 G0 期以外的各个阶段 (G1 、S、G2 和 M期 ) ,被广泛地用于多种人类肿瘤增殖活性的评估。探讨 Ki- 6 7的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)生物学行为的关系。方法  33例膀胱 TCC石蜡块标本均经病理复检 ,12例正常膀胱组织作为对照组。免疫组织化学染色方法为 SP法。结果 Ki- 6 7阳性表达率 TCC组为5 4.5 5 % (18/ 33) ,对照组为 8.33% (1/ 12 ,P<0 .0 1) ;Ki- 6 7指数与肿瘤的分期、分级相关 (P<0 .0 0 1,P<0 .0 0 2 5 ) ;复发病例的Ki- 6 7指数明显高于初发病例 (P<0 .0 0 2 5 )。结论 Ki- 6 7指数是研究膀胱 Objective Ki 67 is exclusively present in all stages of cell cycle (C 1, S, C 2 and mitosis)except for G 0, and widely used to determine proliferative activity of various tumors. The relativity of expression of Ki 67 and the biological behaviour of transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of bladder was evaluated in the study. Methods The paraffin embedded tissue sections from 33 patients with TCC of bladder were reexamined. According to the UICC standard, 21 cases had surperficial tumors and 12 cases had invasive tumors. With the pathological diagnostic standard of WHO, there were 16 cases of G 1, 10 cases of G 2 and 7 cases of G 3. Meanwhile, there were 21 cases with primary lesions and 12 cases with recurrent lesions. 12 specimens obtained from normal bladders were used as controls. Expression of Ki 67 was detected by streptavidin peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical technique. Results Expression of Ki 67 was found in 54.5% (18/33) of TCCs and 8.33% (1/12) of controls ( P <0.01). There was a significant correlation between Ki 67 Labeling Index (Ki 67 LI) and tumors stages ( P <0.001), and the same with grades ( P <0.005). Futhermore, the Ki 67 LI of the cases with recurrent lesions was higher than that of the cases with primary lesions ( P <0.0025). Conclusions Ki 67 LI is an important tumor marker for reasearching the biological behaviour of the TCC of bladder.
