摘要
对成都5所实施"三自主"体育选课的高校进行问卷调查,结果发现:学生自主选择上课内容存在着仅凭兴趣、教师教学方法比较陈旧、缺少素质练习、学习效果较差等问题。因此,应针对大一新生设置一些提高身体素质课,以增强学生体质;对学生选课应进行正确的引导和调控,培养学生吃苦耐劳精神,避免贪图轻松,只为考试过关的行为;要增强学生锻炼身体的意识,注重提高教师的业务能力和素质,以及新开体育课的科学合理性,以保证新开课程的质量。
The survey is conducted in five universities in Chengdu which allow students to take P. E. courses on the principle of "Three Autonomies Choice Mode". The results reveal that: (1)The students take the courses only according to their interests; (2) The teaching methods of the faculty members are old fashioned; (3)There's a lack of physical exercises in classes, and the learning effects are bad. Therefore, in the first academic year, the courses for improvement of fitness should be set. For this purpose, interests should not be the determinant in course-taking which should be guided and regulated. Students prefer easy courses and they are just satisfied with passing the exams. The decline of students' fitness has not been controlled effectively. The awareness of the importance of physical exercises and lifelong physical exercises shall be raised. In addition, increase in enrollment of the universities leads to the imbalance of the ratio between students and faculty members. There's a limitation in students' autonomous choice of their own P.E. instructors, and some faculty members' professional qualities need to be improved imperatively as well. The quality of newly-set courses should be assured with proper verification and demonstration.
