摘要
以草炭与珍珠岩(体积比1∶1)及以红土、松针腐殖土与锯末(体积比1∶1∶1)混合作为栽培基质,取侵染率为65.6%的2年生南高丛蓝莓幼嫩根段作为菌剂进行接种,比较接种与非接种处理条件下南高丛蓝莓扦插苗生长差异情况。结果表明,在2种栽培基质下接种处理均促进了南高丛蓝莓扦插苗的生长,其中接种在草炭与珍珠岩基质中的蓝莓,其枝数、枝长、叶片数及根长平均比非接种处理增加了91.67%、114.20%、144.29%及5.79%;在红土、松针腐殖土与锯末基质中的蓝莓,其枝数及根长平均比非接种处理减少7.25%和3.42%,而新枝数、枝长及叶片数平均比非接种处理增加了86.67%、91.22%和177.04%。研究结果表明,南高丛蓝莓扦插苗生根后在栽培介质中添加菌剂是一种理想的扦插育苗方法。
With two kinds of transplantation culture media as background and the root segment from 2 years old south highbush blueberry as mycorrhiza,the influences of inoculated and no inoculated seedlings were investigated.Results showed that seedlings grew well under the condition of being inoculated,the increase ratio of average number of branches,branch length,leaves and the average root length in the mix culture media of perlite and peat was 91.67 %,114.20 %,144.29 % and 5.79 %,respectively,and the decrease ratio of average number of branches and root length was 7.25 % and 3.42 %,respectively,while the increase ratio of average number of new branch,branch length and leaves in the mix culture media of red soil,decaying soil and sawdust was 86.67 %,91.22 % and 177.04 %,respectively.The results indicated that inoculating was a good method of cultivating seedlings.
