摘要
目的：观察外周血中循环内皮细胞（ｃｉｒｃｕｌａｔｉｎｇ ｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉａｌ ｃｅｌｌｓ，ＣＥＣ）在左室及左右冠脉造影时的数理变化，了解心导管机械刺激对动脉内皮的影响。方法：观察３６例行左室及左右冠脉造影术的病人。结果：显示术前动、静脉ＣＦＣ分别为（２．２２±１．３２／０．９）μｌ、（２．０６±１．３２／０．９）μｌ， 则是（４．５８±１．８８／０．９）μｌ、（４．３２±１．９／０．９）μｌ。
Objective:To observing the number change of circulating endothelial cells in circulating blood before and after left ventricular angiography and selective right left coronary angiograpyh,injury of arterial endothelium induced by mechanical stimulation of catheter was investigated.Methods:36 cases were investigated in whom are performed left ventricular angiography and selective right and left coronary angiography.Result:The number of CEC in artery、vein before or after operating was (2.22±1.32/0.9) μl\,(2.06±1.32/0.9) μl;(4.58±1.88/0.9) μl\,(4.32±1.90/0.9) μl respectively.CEC before\,after operation was significantly different (P<0.001),but there weren't significantly different between artery and vein in the same time (P>0.05).Conclusions:These results suggest that mechanical stimulation made injury of artriel vessel endothelium and induced endothelial cells denudation.Capillary didn't clear CEC in circulation.Thus venous blood may express the change of CEC in artery.
