摘要
测定解放钟枇杷、东魁杨梅、桂橙一号甜橙、翠冠梨4种果树叶片的气体交换参数和叶性因子并对其进行比较研究。结果表明,4种果树的叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、瞬时水分利用效率(Wue)和潜在水分利用效率(Wuei)的种间差异达极显著水平(P<0.01),指示了不同树种间的光合能力及水分利用能力差别较大。4种果树品种的比叶面积(SLA)、叶片干物质含量(LDMC)及单位面积叶N含量(Narea)种间差异均达显著水平(P<0.05),此外,LDMC与SLA呈现显著负相关、与单位面积叶N含量(Nmass)呈现极显著负相关;SLA与Nmass、Pn极显著正相关。研究结果显示不同果树种类在同一自然环境下的适应方式存在较大差别。
The differences of gas exchange and leaf traits among four fruit trees were determined under field conditions.The results indicated that: there were significant interspecific differences(P0.01)in the leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),instant water use efficiency,intrinsic water use efficiency among Loquat,Myrica rubra,Sweet orange and pear.These results indicated that the photosynthetic capacity and water use ability differed significantly among four tree species.The difference of specific leaf area(SLA),leaf dry matter content(LDMC) and area-based leaf nitrogen content(Narea)of four fruit tree were significant at P0.01.In addition,negative correlation between LDMC and SLA was significant at P0.05,negative correlation between LDMC and Nmass was significant at P0.01.However,there were significant positive correlation(P0.01)among SLA,Nmass and Pn.The results also suggested that the environmental adaptation of different tree species were obviously different at the same natural environment.
