摘要
对自繁"siberia"百合种球在30~45℃水中进行热激处理,研究种球在热胁迫过程中的生理变化,并与未经热处理的种球对照。结果表明:热处理可以极显著改善种球一些重要生理指标,35~40℃热激处理在360 min内,是安全温度和持续时间;35~40℃的热处理能改善POD酶活性,降低了MDA含量,对淀粉的含量无影响;热处理可调节可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量;适宜条件可以在一定程度上提高种球抗性和活力,提高种球的休眠深度,为种球长期保存提供一种预处理技术途径。
The self-reproducing bulbs of lily 'siberiawere ' was heat-treated in 30-45 ℃ water to study the physiological change during the heat-treatment process compared with bulbs without heat-treating.The results showed that heat-treatment could very significantly improve some important physiological indexes of bulbs.35-40 ℃ heat-treatment in 360 min was a safe temperature and duration;the POD activity could be improved,the MDA content could be reduced and the starch content did not be affected under 35-40 ℃ heat-treatment;Heat-treatment could regulate the soluble protein and proline content;Suitable conditions could improve bulbs resistance and activity and improve bulb dormancy to provide for a preprocessing technique.
