培养条件和品种对马铃薯试管薯的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Culture Conditions and Variety on Potato Production in vitro

摘要 本研究以川芋117为试验材料,分别进行壮苗培养基筛选和添加香豆素或B9诱导结薯组合试验。结果表明,川芋117最佳壮苗培养组合为:蔗糖浓度40 g/L、活性炭0.5 g/L、CCC 100 mg/L、烯效唑0.8 mg/L的MS培养基。添加香豆素或B9的试验表明香豆素在增加川芋117所结薯中大薯数有显著作用,大薯数较高,适宜浓度为100 mg/L。B9在浓度为40 mg/L时各指标结果最理想。 The potato variety Chuanyu 117 was used as the experimental material to study the effect of strengthening media with coumarin or B9 on induction of micro-tubers.The results showed that the medium added with 40g/L sugar,0.5g/L activated carbon,100 mg/L Chlormequat Chloride(CCC),and 0.8 mg/L uniconazole was the best vigorous plantlet growth combination.The medium added with coumarin or B9 had significant effect on improving the number of large tuber and the optimum concentration was 100 mg/L coumarin and 40 mg/L B9 that had the most effect on large micro-tuber quantity.
